Results of implementation of work plans of postgraduate students are considered at the meeting of the Academic Council. By June 25, by the results of stage-by-stage control, postgraduate students submit a summary and an abstract of the minutes of the chair meeting and the Academic Council on the results of implementation of a detailed work plan of the current year of study to the Department of postgraduate studies. Every year in October – November, the University conducts attestation of postgraduate students. Each postgraduate student is assessed by his/her supervisor and reports at the chair meeting (scientific seminar) on the results of thesis research. Results of attestation are considered at the meeting of the Academic Council of the University, where a decision on transfer of a postgraduate student to the next academic year is made. Students who have not completed the work plan are expelled from postgraduate studies by the decision of the Academic Council of the University with reimbursement of the cost of their education.
