People (regardless of age), whose habitat is the area of anti-terrorist operations and settlements that are located on the contact line (see the list) or who have relocated from these territories after January 1, 2016, may enroll to study at V. Dahl EUNU on the results of the entrance exam (without passing the EIT).

OBTAINING UKRAINIAN EDUCATION
FIVE STEPS TO GOAL
1. Come to Educational Center “Donbass – Ukraine” with birth certificate or passport;
2. With the help of specialists of the Center fill in educational declaration and application;
3. The next day, pass a written test in the Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine and get a certificate of completion of state final certification (SFC). Average score of the document of general education (or certificate) is calculated as the average score of the certification of these two subjects. The educational document will be replaced by a certificate of secondary education in the same education center within three months.
4. Submit application to the Admissions Committee of V. Dahl EUNU
from 11.07.2016 till 26.07.2016 for admission to full-time education by state order,
from 11.07.2016 till 26.07.2016 for admission to full-time and part-time education at the expense of physical or legal persons.
5. Pass the entrance exam according to the chosen speciality (see the list).

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
- Documents should be submitted in person.
- The fact of living in a territory of the ATO is confirmed by a stamp in the passport concerning the place of registration in the place according to the approved the list.
- Birth certificate may be submitted by persons of all ages (it is required to provide passport of one of the parents to confirm living in the ATO area).
- To the Admissions Committee, there can be submitted certificate of completed secondary education of state standard and its supplement or certificate from the Educational Center “Donbass-Ukraine” on successful completion of final certification. Certificate must be replaced by a document of completed secondary education and its supplement within three months.
