Wenting YANG, Director of the Training Center of the Beijing Academy of Science and Education, gave a guest lecture at the invitation of the Department of Public Administration, Management and Marketing.
The topic of the lecture, “The Power of Positive Psychology in Executive Coaching: The GROW Model Perspective,” aroused great interest among students and faculty of the Faculty of Economics and Management.
During the meeting, the lecturer provided an understanding of the concepts of positive psychology, executive coaching, presented the GROW model and provided recommendations for their application.
