Yana Bilous, lecturer of the Department of Public Administration, Management and Marketing, Director of the Charitable Organization “New University Charitable Foundation”, took part in the Community Forum held in Kyiv.
The Forum was organized by the Charitable Foundation “GromadaHub” together with the office of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine and Moldova, as well as the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities.
The forum brought together government officials responsible for the recovery and development of communities and territories, representatives of donor organizations interested in financing recovery projects in Ukraine, and representatives of communities in need of funding, expertise, and connections for recovery and development.
Viacheslav Nehoda, Head of the Office of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine, focused on the legislative aspects of the main stages of recovery and development of communities after the Victory of our country and the role of executive authorities and local governments at each stage of formation.
Representatives of the Luhansk region from Svatovo and Hirske territorial communities were also invited to the event.
