A personal unique mini-exhibition of watercolor paintings “Fortresses of Ukraine” by Olha Tielushkina, a lecturer at the Department of Light Industry Technology of the Faculty of Engineering, was presented on the occasion of the Day of Historical and Cultural Monuments. The exhibition was held online on the platform of the network of youth hubs in Lysychansk “MY FOX HUB”.
The exhibition featured a series of paintings depicting historical fortresses and castles of Ukraine, which not only recreate the appearance of old buildings but also convey the unique spirit of each object. Olha Tielushkina’s art is imbued with love for her native land and its culture, and she created most of her paintings during her travels to the picturesque corners of Ukraine during the war, when she had to leave her hometown.
For Olha Tielushkina, painting is a kind of art therapy, helping to preserve memories of her native land, as well as inspire students of the educational program “Design Technologies, Construction and Modern Finishing of Light Industry Products” 182 specialty “Light Industry Technologies” to be creative and develop new creative ideas in the field of clothing design.
