Lecturers and students of the University attended a guest lecture by Mykola Tryfonov, national and international advisor on subventions and funds for the municipality of Utrecht (Netherlands).
The topic of the meeting: “Project management: experience of organization in different institutions and successful practices”.
Mykola Tryfonov spoke in general about the basics of project management, the difference between operational and project activities, project properties, success factors, and success criteria for the investor, customer, and project manager. The lecturer also introduced the municipality of Utrecht and the peculiarities of organizing project management in the community. In particular, several projects that have been implemented in the community in recent years were presented.
At the end of the meeting, there was a discussion about the qualities of an effective project manager, the use of artificial intelligence in project management, and projects implemented by the Netherlands for the restoration and development of Ukraine.
