The second event of the series of guest lectures for students majoring in 242 Tourism and 241 Hotel and Restaurant Business was held at the Department of International Economics and Tourism of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.

Lecture topic: “Features of the development of tourist destinations in Zakarpattia region”.
The practical material of the lecture was supplemented by theoretical material from the disciplines Resort Business, Management of Regional Tourism Development in the Eastern Regions of Ukraine, Recreational Complexes of the World and Recreation, Geography of Tourism, Tourism Resources of Ukraine, Touristic Reception, Tourism Local History, Innovative Technologies in Tourism, International Tourism, Crisis Management in Tourism, Tourism Economics, Tourismology, Restaurant Products Technology.
The lecturer introduced the students to the most attractive tourist destinations of the Zakarpattia region, focusing on tourism innovations. The students learned about the ten most attractive tourist attractions in the region, which were identified based on the statistics of their visits. According to the ranking, the most popular tourist attraction in Zakarpattia is Lake Synevyr, which attracts both domestic and foreign tourists.
