During the meeting, Hanna shared her success story, told about her path from choosing a specialty when entering the university to the lifestyle she dreamed of: getting a higher education (about difficult disciplines, strict teachers, etc.), teaching, relocation to Kyiv in 2014 and working as a developer, professional growth and another change of profession to a scrum master, and experience of employment in international IT companies.

The third part of the meeting was devoted to discussing approaches to finding your own professional value and employment: from writing an effective resume to working with career agents and understanding where you want to be and how to get there. Students and teachers actively interacted with the speaker, asked questions, shared their thoughts in the chat, and learned a lot of new and interesting things about another IT profession and modern approaches to employment, in particular related to cooperation with career agents.
