The educational practice of higher education students majoring in 032 “History and Archeology” of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University in the historical and cultural reserve “Mezhybizh” continues.

Educational archaeological and ethnographic practice is very interesting and informative and includes
- work at the excavation site under the guidance of experienced specialists of the Medzhybizh Fortress;
- excursions to the unique archaeological sites located around Mezhybizh along the Southern Bug, such as the Early Paleolithic sites of Mezhybizh 1 and Mezhybizh A (about 1.2 million and 400 thousand years ago), the medieval castle of Rakoczy (16th century);
- acquaintance with the Jewish culture of old Mezhybizh, known throughout the Jewish world due to the discovery of the grave of the founder of Hasidism, Baal Shem Tov (XVIII century).
