A tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, Sievierodonetsk City Military Administration of Sievierodonetsk District and the Ukrainian Rehabilitation Center, a municipal non-profit enterprise of the Sievierodonetsk City Council of Luhansk Oblast.
The purpose of the partners’ cooperation is, in particular
- providing humanitarian and medical assistance to the population, temporarily displaced persons, persons affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, war veterans in the medical aspect throughout Ukraine, including targeted targeted free of charge assistance in any form or assistance in the form of work, services provided by foreign and domestic donors
- – development, modernization, and innovation of Ukrainian medicine based on the latest achievements of world medical science and practice;
- – preservation, support, and increase of the medical industry in Ukraine.
- The memorandum was signed by Olha Porkuian, Rector of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, Oleksandr Striuk, Head of the Sievierodonetsk City Military Administration of the Sievierodonetsk District of Luhansk Oblast, and Ihor Panov, Director General of the Ukrainian Rehabilitation Center, a municipal non-profit enterprise of the Sievierodonetsk City Council.
- Olha Porkuian noted that the goal of the long-term partnership is to attract the scientific potential of Luhansk region, unite and support students who will be able to realize their professional competencies through internships, volunteer work, and project activities through cooperation with a professional institution.
