Exploring the skills of self-help for handling stress in war conditions

Teachers of the Department of Journalism and Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences took part in the webinar “Stress. Teaching Self-Help Skills for Stress in War” for educators, students and mentors in enterprises.

The event was made possible by the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the USAID Economic Support for Ukraine Project.

The goal was to orient participants to tools for resetting and overcoming stress.

During the webinar, the participants tried to master practical skills of overcoming stress with the help of proven technologies and effective tools. Participants received at least 4 tools for self-help and self-healing (knowledge of natural ways to reduce cortisol levels; developing the ability to use a practical approach to alleviate stress and anxiety; ability to perform exercises to alleviate stress and anxiety).
