Mykola Zhurba, Visiting Scholar, Department of German and Slavic Studies, University of Manitoba, included in the ARWU (Academic Ranking of World Universities) list (Canada), Professor, Doctor of Philosophy Science (Canada), gave a guest lecture for teachers and students of the Faculty of Human Health and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The topic of the meeting: “Modern education as a key to success in professional activities: Ukrainian-Canadian experience”. The meeting participants, more than 80 people, received a lot of useful material that can be used in their work and studies.
Attention was paid to the analysis of the legislation of different countries, current changes in it; peculiarities of the organization of the educational process at universities in Ukraine and Canada; scientific research; formation of relevant competencies of a modern specialist in various fields.
