Students of the Faculty of Human Health attended a guest lecture on practice-oriented training of physical therapists in higher education institutions of Ukraine by Nataliia Chepurna, a doctor of the Clinical City Children’s Hospital No. 1 in Kyiv. Nataliia Chepurna, a doctor of the Kyiv City Children’s Hospital No. 1.
During the presentation, the speaker spoke about the importance of creating and working with a multidisciplinary team in the process of treatment and preparation of an individual patient rehabilitation program, considered the use of telemedicine in the professional activities of a rehabilitation therapist and the provision of medical care through remote communication.
The participants paid special attention to the mechanism and conditions of the Unified State Qualification Exam for the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the specialty 227 Therapy and Rehabilitation and presented a selection of situational tasks of the main rehabilitation measures.
