Participation of female students in international academic mobility programs

Students of the Department of Public Administration, Management and Marketing Anastasiia Lishchyshyna and Kseniia Babik took part in the international academic mobility program and completed an internship at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic.

The process of international internship turned out to be extremely exciting and informative, and the training took place in the following areas: “Introduction to Digital Leadership”, “Digital Transformation and Innovation”, “Digital Strategy Development”, “Technological Stress and Coping”, “Ethical and Social Aspects of Digitalization”, “Project Work”.

Anastasiia and Kseniia especially enjoyed the course Digital Leadership and Strategy, where they learned in detail about digital technologies and their application in higher education, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from outstanding teachers. As part of this program, Anastasiia and Kseniia prepared a presentation, developed a digital strategy for their university, taking into account the most modern technologies and approaches, and defended it brilliantly, as evidenced by the certificates they received.
