A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between two classical universities – the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University (Kyiv) and the West Ukrainian National University (Ternopil). The goal is to promote the quality of education through joint academic mobility programs, research, and deepening communications between students, teachers, and university partners in Ukraine and abroad.
The parties agreed on scientific and academic areas of partnership and forms of cooperation.
