The 1st year students of the specialty 081 Law met with Iryna Kotlyarova, the Head of the Vyshgorod District Court of Kyiv Region, and received answers to their questions:
- what is the Volunteer Service in the courts?
- What is the purpose of this service?
- Who can be a volunteer?
Iryna Kotliarova spoke about the international experience of the volunteer service in Lithuania. She noted that the Vyshhorod District Court is a model court and, together with other courts from different regions of Ukraine, is implementing volunteering in courts.
Starting in 2024, students of the Law Faculty will be able to join the volunteer activities at the Vyshhorod Court: to provide assistance to citizens in the court premises to reduce psychological stress and create a human-friendly court atmosphere.
