Liubov Kotova, Acting Head of the Department of Jurisprudence, Candidate of Law, Professor, became one of 25 selected representatives of the educational community from different Ukrainian universities who took part in the HELP Training of Trainers (ToT) organized within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “HELP (Human Rights Education for Lawyers) for Ukraine, including in Time of War”.
The participants worked for two days at the training and will continue to complete individual tasks on their own HELP page for a month. This kind of training of HELP trainers/tutors (ToT) is one of the most effective tools, including the delivery of high-quality training for legal professionals. Thanks to HELP courses, lawyers can better protect human rights at the national level and keep abreast of the constantly changing standards and case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
