Students of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University took part in a discussion on the reintegration of young people from the temporarily occupied territories, organized by the Almenda Center for Civic Education.
The activities of the Almenda Center for Civic Education are focused, among other things, on protecting the cultural and social rights of vulnerable groups (residents of the occupied territories and IDPs). The speaker of the event, Valentyna Potapova, Head of National Advocacy in Education, told the students about the level of militarization and destruction of Ukrainian identity by Russia in the occupied territories. The students, who mostly come from the temporarily occupied territories, took an active part in discussing the issues of youth reintegration after de-occupation.
