A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and Khmelnytsky National University.
By this Memorandum, the Parties express their desire to expand cooperation in scientific activities, exchange of teachers and students, as well as the integration process and implementation of European norms and standards in the educational process within the ECTS framework, development of international partnership in the educational sphere, in particular academic mobility of higher education students.
