Yevhen Medvediev, Associate Professor of the Department of Railway, Road Transport and Hoisting and Transport Machines, Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Hydromechanics and Ship Design, Gdańsk University of Technology, gave a guest lecture on “International Programs and Projects – Development of Higher Education Potential” for students and faculty of the Department of Automotive and Transport Management of Vinnytsia National Technical University. The lecture was also attended by Nataliia Tkachenko, Head of the University’s Soft Skills Development Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration, Management and Marketing.
Yevhen Medvediev shared his personal experience of participating in international projects UkraineLab, ERASMUS, MSCA4Ukraine and gave advice on finding projects and opportunities for students to participate in international projects, considering the proposals from Gdańsk University of Technology and Q&A.
During the lecture, the lecturers paid attention to the consideration of hard skills and soft skills that are formed and developed during student participation in projects.
