Experience of psychological assistance to children from foreign specialists

Higher education applicants studying in the educational program “Psychology”, specialty 053 Psychology, together with teachers of the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the Faculty of Human Health joined a series of webinars from Professor Panos Vostanis (WACIT: World Awareness for Children in Trauma), University of Leicester, School of Neuroscience, Psychology and Behavior (UK), Professor of Child Mental Health.

Webinar topic: “The impact of trauma and attachment relationships”.

The participants discussed the impact of early childhood experience of interaction with parents on the child’s further emotional and behavioral development, considered the peculiarities of early intervention in the development of children deprived of parental love and support, and shared their own experience of psychological assistance to children with attachment trauma.
