Valentyna Kasianenko-Serputko, a second (master’s) degree student of the Department of Practical Psychology and Social Work (educational program “Practical Psychology”), has acquired new professional competencies in organizational and legal psychology.
The student successfully completed the educational course (series) “Crisis Communications in Human Resources Management” developed with the support of the Governments of Denmark and Germany at the initiative of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, and the Prometheus online course “Psychology of Stress and Ways to Cope with It” (taught by Nataliia Stefanenko) on psychoprophylaxis and overcoming the effects of organizational stress.
In these areas, the student also took an online course “Building Integrity Organizations” launched by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (headed by Oleksandr Novikov) and completed the training “Stopping Discriminationin the Workplace and in Professional Relations”. Gender Equality Office of the Department of Social and Veteran Policy of the Kyiv City State Administration (trainer – Doctor of Law Iryna Yakovets).
