An online meeting of students and teachers of the Faculty of Economics and Management with Olena Tkachenko, Head of the Department of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services of the Svatove City Military Administration of the Svatove District of the Luhansk Region, was held.
Olena Tkachenko shared her experience in managing complex socio-economic systems in crisis conditions with the students and faculty of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
In particular, the participants discussed problematic issues in the activities of military administrations and outlined the areas of work of military administrations, which include the restoration of the community’s material reserve, human resources, establishing cooperation and partnerships between communities, ways to attract international assistance, creating humanitarian hubs to serve internally displaced persons, etc.
