The 1st year students majoring in 035 “Philology. Germanic Languages and Literatures (Translation Included), First-Year English” together with the Head of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Olha Semenets attended a meeting on the occasion of the Europe Day 2024 with the Head of the Press and Information Department of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Baiba Kine.
Baiba Kine gave a lecture to the guests, including students and staff of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, on the history of the EU, EU-Ukraine relations, Ukraine’s path to EU membership, EU support for Ukraine in countering Russia’s armed aggression, and prospects for further cooperation.
