The event “Be Water, Our Friends” was held at the University of Huelva as part of the HEI4SRM Horizon project. The conference aims to address the urgent challenges faced by post-mining regions and urban areas in terms of water management and sustainability.
Professor Inna SEMENENKO, Head of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship, and Associate Professor of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Ecology Yevhen ZUBTSOV spoke at the event on “Water supply problems in Ukraine: impact of war”.
The participants paid special attention to the available water resources of Ukraine, indicators of water resources use and protection, threats and consequences for drinking water supply in the areas of emergency situations and hostilities.
