Guest lecture on the topic: “Why does business have ideology?”

Students and teachers of the Faculty of Economics and Management attended a guest lecture by Denis Priymyagi, an experienced business expert and manager. D. Priymyagi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tartu (Estonia) and extensive work experience in areas such as banking, tourism and trade.

The topic of his lecture is “Why ideology for business?” D. Priymyagi told what role business ideology plays in the modern world, and explained its importance in the activities of companies. The lecturer revealed the connection between business ideology and the mission, goals, vision of the future and corporate culture.

After the lecture, the participants asked many questions. They were interested: who in the company should deal with the formation of business ideology – the owner, the PR department or the entire team? How do you draw the line between philanthropy and the pursuit of a significant market share? What is the relationship between business ideology and the modern impression economy?
