Student learned how to respond to disasters

Tetiana Desyatnychenko, a first-year student majoring in Therapy and Rehabilitation, took part in a disaster response event organized by the All-Ukrainian Children’s Public Movement “School of Safety” in Germany.

The training participants practiced real-life scenarios that allowed them to feel the atmosphere of emergency situations, actions under stress and the importance of teamwork, and were able to feel part of a large team of rescuers, medics and even mechanics, where every step is important to save lives.
