Dean of the Faculty of Law Olena Arsentiyeva joined the presentation in the Supreme Court of the updated analytical report “Remote hearings in civil, economic and administrative processes” at the invitation of the partners of the University – the NGO “Interregional Expert Center “PRO Justice”, co-founder, judge-speaker of the Commercial Court of Luhansk Oblast Olena Fonova.
The analytical report was developed by the Public Organization “Interregional Expert Center “PRO Justice”” with the support of the EU project “Law-Justice”. The document is aimed at highlighting the most common problems in the field of remote justice implementation, formulating recommendations and proposals for their solution regarding effective administration in today’s extremely complex conditions.
