Representatives of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences took part in classes organized by the School of Education of the University of Warsaw.
This visit was a continuation of the “Study Tours to Poland” program, according to which last year delegations of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University visited Polish universities to study their research and didactic practices. The initiator and sponsor of this program is the Polish-American Freedom Foundation.
During this year’s visit, our experts were able to get to know in detail the innovative model of training future teachers at the School of Education, as well as discuss the common problems of teacher education and schools in Poland and Ukraine.
The program was designed to introduce a wide variety of experiences from observations to active activities. Over the course of five days, the participants had the opportunity to observe how the School of Education is organized and what classes at the school look like, participate in subject seminars, learn the principles of the integration seminar and the work of mentors, visit the internship bases of the School of Education and the Ukrainian-Polish School in Warsaw.
