Iryna Hlukhovtseva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Ukrainian Philology and Journalism, together with students majoring in 014 “Secondary Education. Ukrainian Language and Literature” took part in a series of online lectures on the integration of artificial intelligence into education from leading British professors. The event was organized by the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine.
The guest lecturers were Rose Lukkin, Emeritus Professor at University College London, UK, who gave a lecture on “Strengthening Ukrainian Higher Education: Navigating the AI Revolution in Teaching and Learning” and Mike Sharples, Emeritus Professor at the Open University Institute of Education, UK, who covered the topic “Generative Artificial Intelligence and Education: Opportunities and Challenges.”
The speakers emphasized that the integration of AI into the educational process opens up wide opportunities and prospects, but at the same time poses new challenges for society.
