Employees of the Department of Information Technology and Programming of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University Oleh Zakhozhai and Oleksandr Meniailenko are involved as experts in the development of an action plan for the digital transformation of Luhansk region. A meeting was held on this issue with representatives of the Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration, representatives of UNDP in Ukraine and academic staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The new Strategy assigns an important role to digital education and the full use of the potential and experience of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University in the processes of digital transformation. The implementation of the Strategy will involve the Center for IT Solutions of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, which was established in 2021 to support the region’s informatization processes.
