Teachers of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University had an opportunity to choose programs to study: “Leadership in the Public Sector”, ‘Project Management’, ‘Strategy for Organizing Hybrid Work’ and ‘Digital Transformation’ under grants provided by Cornell University (New York, USA), which is ranked 16th in the QS World University Rankings 2025.
The acquired knowledge and skills will help teachers improve management processes at the university, optimizing the organization of hybrid work of structural units and interaction between them, as well as introduce not only modern approaches to leadership but also innovative methods of effective communication. This will contribute to the more efficient implementation of educational, research, and administrative projects, as well as to improving teamwork and successfully achieving the university’s strategic goals.
