Launch of the Erasmus+ KA2 INSPIRE Project: Modernizing Higher Education through the Implementation of a Reliable Institutional Accreditation System

On January 19–20, 2026, the kick-off meeting of the international consortium of the Erasmus+ INSPIRE project (No. 101237884, ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE) “Institutional Accreditation for Sustainable Progress, Innovation and Excellence of the Ukrainian Higher Education System towards European Integration” was held at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Wrocław, Republic of Poland).

The main goal of the INSPIRE project is to design, pilot, and implement a robust institutional accreditation framework for the Ukrainian higher education system, replacing fragmented program-based accreditation with a holistic, transparent, and sustainable quality assurance model aligned with European standards.

Together with Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, the consortium includes:
