Talent-Lab is an ambitious initiative developed within the framework of the HEI Building Ecosystem Integration Labs project to promote smart specialization and innovation (HEI4S3-RM), which is implemented in cooperation with the European Sustainable Development Horizons project.
The EUNU Talent Lab is an innovative ecosystem, a community of knowledge and innovation that brings together an interdisciplinary group of researchers and experts passionate about human capital management, enhancing the entrepreneurial and innovative potential of higher education institutions, providing a physical space for the integration of the knowledge triangle (higher education, research and innovation), supporting student entrepreneurs, bringing innovations to market and supporting startups.
For reference: The HEI4S3-RM project includes a dozen European institutions, including the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University (Ukraine), Spanish universities such as the University of Huelva, the University of Oviedo, and the Geological Survey of Slovenia – GeoZS (Slovenia); Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Timisoara (Romania); Georg Agricola Technical University (Germany); Lapland University of Applied Sciences (Finland); International Hellenic University (Greece); Mining and Metallurgical Institute Bor (MMI Bor) of Serbia and Pheno Horizon (Poland).
