The final event of the three-day project was dedicated to the best practices of project management from Marina Panychok, contract manager and project administrator at IBM Services center s.r.o. (Bratislava, Slovakia).
Maryna spoke about the digitalization measures being implemented in the company to improve and increase the efficiency of its operations, and presented the process of customer interaction as part of the project management system to the participants.
One of the key aspects of the lecture was the Agile philosophy, which is widely practiced at IBM. Maryna explained the basic principles of Agile and their application in project management, relying on examples of successful implementation of the company’s projects.
