The program was opened with a three-day event on successful project management practices.
The speaker was Mykola Trifonov, National and International Advisor on Subventions and Funds at the Municipality of Utrecht (Netherlands).
Topic of the meeting: “Project management: organization experience in different institutions and successful practices”. Mykola Trifonov spoke in general about the basics of project management, the difference between operational and project activities, project properties, success factors, and success criteria for the investor, customer, and project manager.
At the end of the meeting, a discussion was held on the qualities of an effective project manager, the use of artificial intelligence in project management, and projects implemented by the Netherlands for the restoration and development of Ukraine.
