Open lectures for applicants for higher education of the Faculty of Agriculture in the specialty 211 “Veterinary Medicine” began on November 17, 2022.
Lecture by Vladyslav Rymskyi “Morphological study of blood” was held on 17.11.2022 on the Microsoft Teams platform. Students received basic knowledge of the morphological features of blood of different animal species and laboratory methods of its study. Particular attention was paid to changes in blood cells in various pathological conditions of the animal body.
On November 18, a lecture by veterinary doctor, therapist, nutritionist Olha Holubieva was held on the issues of proper feeding and nutrition therapy of animals, which is relevant in the conditions of stress associated with the hostilities in Ukraine.
On 30.11.2022, a lecture by Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine, Senior Researcher of the State Research Institute for Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary Sanitary Expertise, President of the NGO “Institute of One Health” Anton Herilovych was held on the topic: “Innovative methods of laboratory diagnosis of emergent animal diseases”.
