Elena Fedorova, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, completed an International Internship programme “Fundraising and Organization of Project Activities in Educational Establishments: European Experience” for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical lecturers in Poland and Ukraine.
The programme was developed by “Zustricz” Foundation (Poland) in cooperation with the Faculty of Polish-Ukrainian Studies of Jagiellonian University (Poland), as well as Lugansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (Ukraine) and Career Development Centre of NGO “Sobornist” (Ukraine).
Quality-organized project work in higher, postgraduate and general secondary education provides new opportunities for improving infrastructure and introducing latest technology into the educational process. Therefore, aim of the traineeship is to provide an overview of project management. The education is also aimed revitalization of the work, acquiring the necessary competencies and gaining participants practical experience of writing their own projects.
International Internships, as an active way of learning, provide the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and competences through a variety of activities and practices. Project Management Tools of SMART, SWOT Analysis, GANTT Chart etc., are used more extensively in operation.
The International Internship programme for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical lecturers helps university management specialists to feel confident not only of organization of project activities, as well as when implementing new and established projects at the University, by applying European experience.
