Liubov Kotova, Professor of the Department of Law, took part in the webinar “Professional Training and Human Capital Development” organized by the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
Together with Kersten Bartels (Germany), Head of Training and Development at Volkswerft Strahlsund, they discussed the organization of training in the company.
During the event, they found out how to conduct an interview with an employee, how to use information sheets to evaluate employees, how to plan training, and which formats of HR work are best for different companies. It was very important to provide training examples, rules for paperwork, and checklists.
The knowledge gained and the exchange of experience were very useful.
