It was held the 16th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Logistics Management and Transport Safety” on the basis of the Department of Logistics Management and Transport Safety.
Representatives of more than thirty educational and scientific domestic and foreign institutions took part in 5 sectional sessions of the conference.
Head of the Department of Logistics Management and Transport Safety, Professor Nataliia Chernetska-Biletska, welcoming the conference participants, emphasized the build-up of their strength in the scientific field in wartime, introduced the peculiarities of the educational process during the war, and drew attention to the fact that all the work of the department is focused on the practical application and implementation of the theoretical foundations of studying special disciplines. This became possible thanks to fruitful cooperation with stakeholders and the university management. And as a result – competitive strong graduates of the department, and now employees of state institutions and private companies in Ukraine.
Former alumni of the Department Antonina Riazantseva, who works as the Head of the Administrative Services Sector in Chernivtsi Region of the Department of Administrative Services for Land Transport of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, spoke about the good relations and fruitful cooperation that have developed between the Department and the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety. And this year, despite the difficult times, students majoring in Transport Technologies (Road Transport) had the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge and skills in practice at the Ukrtranssafety Transport Unit.
Yuliia Chystoklietova, Manager of the Water Supply and Hygiene Department at the Norwegian Refugee Council, also joined the dialogue. She shared the results of the graduates’ work in the company, expressed her gratitude for their quality training and the desire to cooperate in the future.
Mykola Moroz, Professor of the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, focused his attention on the impact of transport on society and reviewed the stages of formation of transport systems in space and time.
Professor of the National University of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Oleksii Kuzkin made a presentation on “Managing Digital Changes at Transport: Opportunities, Problems and Challenges”.
The activity and diligence of the young luminaries of science surprised the members of the organizing committee and university professors. As a result of participating in the scientific and practical conference, more than 50 undergraduate and graduate students presented their scientific achievements, and 30 abstracts were published.
