Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University continues the series of online meetings “IT Career Talks”. The second meeting was held at the Faculty of Information Technology and Electronics, and specialists from Kramatorsk-based IT company QuartSoft Ukraine were invited to attend.
This time, three other specialists of the company were invited as speakers:
– Max HurA, Project Manager
– Vlad Ablashimov, Team Lead Back-End Developer
– Anastasiia Kovalenko, Lead of Support & Community QS Games
During the Zoom meeting, the invited speakers spoke about their work in the company and the projects they are working on, and shared their personal experience of professional growth in IT. Students and teachers actively interacted with the speakers, asked questions, shared their opinions, and learned a lot about the peculiarities of working in IT, employment opportunities, career prospects in programming, design, testing, and current trends in this dynamic industry.
Such meetings will help develop cooperation between the university and successful IT companies, as well as provide higher education applicants with the opportunity to see their prospects in this industry and find their place in it.
We express our gratitude to the employees of the IT company QuartSoft Ukraine, as well as the team of the NGO “Anti-Crisis Media Center” for organizing the event, broadcasting on Facebook and open dialogue with examples of real cases that demonstrated the trends and benefits of employment in IT.
