A joint curatorial hour was held on the topic: “Effective Communication. A model of personal effectiveness in a situation of uncertainty”, during which a number of issues were discussed, the main ones being
- stages of the communication process;
- the emergence of cognitive biases and beliefs that affect communication processes and can change personal resources.
During the training, students were able to acquire competence in developing soft skills, and made attempts to personally construct their own models of effectiveness in a situation of uncertainty. The situation of uncertainty was presented as one of the promising opportunities in the field of cognitive activity.
