Every year, under the guidance of Professor Yurii Brovender, students of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University undergo an archaeological field practice in accordance with the bachelor’s degree program 032 – History and Archaeology.
For the second season, the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Medzhybizh” in the Khmelnytskyi region has been hospitably opening its doors to the interns of the Department of History and Archaeology. Archaeological excavations, desk-based processing of archaeological material, and acquaintance with the castle complexes of medieval Medzhybizh under the guidance of experienced archaeologists and medievalists improve the theoretical knowledge of the students’ interns gained during classroom classes.
