Academics of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University took part in the online training “Green Chemistry in the Circular Economy”.
The main components of the Program are: an innovative and inclusive green chemistry network for capacity building, green chemistry acceleration, green chemistry alternatives for persistent organic pollutants, mercury and microplastics for scaling up and replication.
The trainings were organized by the Center for Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production in partnership with the Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering at Yale University (USA) as part of the UNIDO project “Global Green Chemistry Innovation and Networking Program” (GreenChem), funded by the Global Environment Facility.
The training was attended by academics from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Ecology: Head of the Department Inna Kravchenko, Professor Iryna Hlikina, Associate Professor Maryna Ozheredova, Associate Professor Yevhen Zubtsov, and Assistant Professor of the Department of Pharmacy, Production and Technology Serhii Mishchenko.
