Tetiana Solomon, Chief Accountant of Comprehensive Protection Mykolaiv LLC, gave a guest lecture organized by the Department of Accounting and Taxation of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University for 2-4 year students majoring in 071 Accounting and Taxation. The topic: “Peculiarities of the accounting system at the enterprise under martial law in Ukraine”.
The event was attended by 2nd year students majoring in 051 Economics, 072 Finance, Banking and Insurance, 073 Management, 075 Marketing, 076 Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities, and 292 International Economic Relations, who are studying Accounting and Auditing.
During the lecture, Tetiana Solomon familiarized the students with the innovations in the accounting legislation of Ukraine in 2023, spoke about the problems faced by accountants in practice and ways to solve them. The lecturer accompanied her speech with examples of real practical situations that arise today in the accounting field of the enterprise with a demonstration of new forms of mandatory documents.
The students were particularly interested in the information on the comparative characteristics of the Ukrainian national accounting system with the German accounting system, in which the lecturer has practical experience. The lecture was held in a creative and friendly atmosphere, and the information presented was of interest to the students, who felt the importance and prospects of acquiring skills in accounting and taxation.
