Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University was included in the list of the most popular universities in Ukraine in the University Ranking 2023 (July edition) by UniRank. This ranking analyzes the webometric indicators of 194 Ukrainian universities.
The uniRank University Ranking (https://www.4icu.org), formerly known as 4ICU, positions itself as a non-academic ranking that examines the quality of representation and popularity of universities in the Internet space based on independent web metrics collected from reputable sources (Moz, Majestic, SimilarWeb):
- Majestic Referring Domains with a minimum Trust Flow (55%)
- Similarweb Global Rank (35%)
- Moz Domain Authority (5%)
- Majestic Trust Flow (5%)
The authors of the ranking note that this approach is designed to help students, teachers and researchers assess the overall popularity of the university.
Since 2018, the authors of the Ranking have been publishing four new university rankings aimed at assessing the presence and popularity of higher education institutions in social media on four major social platforms. In the Ranking of Ukrainian Universities 2023, Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University takes the following positions according to these indicators:
