“Universities play a key role in the restoration of the de-occupied territories of Ukraine, creating innovations and developing society. You are doing a great job,” emphasized Corey Johnston, Democracy and Governance Program Specialist, Office of Democracy and Governance, USAID Regional Mission.
In addition, during the meeting, USAID representatives communicated with students of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University. The delegation was interested to hear about the mood of the students, their civic activism, and their initiatives.
