Tetiana Sotnikova, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer-Integrated Control Systems of the Faculty of Information Technology and Electronics, visited one of the leading technical universities in Poland, Politechnika Gdańska (Gdańsk).
During the visit, the scientist met with experts in the field of robotics, mechatronics and control systems. In particular, she had the opportunity to personally get involved in working with specialized equipment from such leading companies as Festo and Siemens. The guests were given the opportunity to visit Laboratorium Automatyki, Laboratorium MecHaRoLab, Laboratorium Sprawania Laserowego, where Polish colleagues demonstrated the latest equipment and technologies.
The meetings resulted in agreements on the possibility of exchanging experience and ideas, which will contribute to the further development of scientific ties between the two universities.
