Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University continues to strengthen its ties with the real economy to help train highly qualified personnel for the agricultural sector.
Recently, the university has signed a cooperation agreement with one of the largest chicken producers in Ukraine, PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), which was organized with the support of our partners USAID Economic Support to Ukraine Project and the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Association.
From now on, students will have the opportunity to undergo internships and practice in the company’s structure, which includes poultry farms, feed mills, hatcheries, meat processing plants, and one of the largest land banks in Ukraine. The agreement also provides opportunities for joint research projects in the agricultural sector, scientific and technical events, and advanced training for university students and staff.
The immediate implementation of the cooperation agreement began with the conclusion of a dual education agreement with the Poultry Complex branch of Vinnytsia Poultry Farm LLC for 3rd year student Valeriia Hodniieva.
The dual education program at Poultry Complex is a brilliant opportunity for a student majoring in 204 “Technology of production and processing of livestock products” to gain knowledge and skills at a modern enterprise.
