A Memorandum was signed between Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and the Shulhinska Village Military Administration (SMA) of Starobilsk district, Luhansk region.
The head of the Shulhinska Village Military Administration Nataliia Petrenko emphasized that after de-occupation, the affected communities will face many problems left by the occupiers, the most acute of which will be the dismantling of the Ukrainian education system, the destruction of social infrastructure, and the deterioration in the quality and accessibility of public services.
As noted by the Rector of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University Olha Porkuian, the training will be carried out within the Center for Training the Reserve of Personnel for Work in the De-occupied Territories established at the University.
It is worth reminding that by the decision of the Government, Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University was designated a priority higher education institution for training a reserve of managerial, educational and medical personnel to work in the de-occupied territories.
Also, by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University was designated as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the vital activity of the population during the special period.
